London Borough of Ealing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation who can demonstrate their ability to work with the Council, its partners and the local community to deliver a detailed and quality process an outcome evaluation of the Sport England funded Southall Local Delivery Pilot.The delivery of the evaluation will be in phases. The potential contract duration is up to 2 years and 2 months. This is being procured separately from the delivery element with a tender for delivery, community insight, co-design and capacity building to be launched early in 2019. In order to ensure transparency and objectivity, the evaluation of the pilot must be delivered by and organisation separate and unconnected to, the supplier delivering this project. To prevent any conflict of interest, suppliers may bid for only 1 contract.

The London Borough of Ealing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation who can demonstrate their ability to work with the Council, its partners and the local community to deliver a detailed and quality process an outcome evaluation of the Sport England funded Southall Local Delivery Pilot.
Let’s Go Southall is one of the 12 programmes funded by Sport England to reduce physical inactivity and develop significant behaviour change across the neighbourhood’s organisations and communities. This evaluation will inform how the Ealing pilot evolves, as well as contributing to the national evaluation, producing evidence to help understand how we can achieve whole systems change for the benefit of local people.
