Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Fume Extraction Equipment

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group, or UWTSD Group) wish to appoint a Service Provider to undertake the inspection, testing, maintenance and where applicable cleaning of all LEV building engineering services and equipment as listed in the Asset registers within the specification.

The Agreement will last for a total of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years.

The appointed Service Provider/s will be required to work in a collaborative manner to identify approaches that meet individual building / campus needs, and achieve cost savings over the life of the Contract Term.

All works shall be carried out in accordance with the following specification in every respect
