Contract for Evaluation of the Hafod Morfa Copperworks Powerhouse Re-development Project

Description of the goods or services required

Swansea Council is seeking quotations to undertake an evaluation of the shell and core refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Powerhouse building, new build visitor centre and link to the 25% of the Rolling Mill. The evaluation will be a three-stage process involving the relevant key contacts/service areas in Swansea Council, Swansea University, Penderyn Whisky and volunteers/participants of the project where relevant at each stage:

1. To baseline the situation prior to commencement of the programme

2. To undertake a mid-term (interim) review to assess progress in achieving projected outputs

3. On completion of the programme (final), to evaluate the outcomes arising against the baseline statistics and its impact on heritage
