VI.3) Additional information
Contractors will be required to comply with Caledonia Housing Association's policies and procedures on residents' complaints, community benefits, tenant participation and KPIs linked to all aspects of the work.
Contractors and their supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social objectives relating to participation in skills development, employment and training programmes and other added value contributions by the contractors and their supply chain to support community programmes promoted by the association. Accordingly the contract performance conditions may relate in particular to secondary considerations.
Contractors will be limited to a maximum of 2 lots. Award of which will be at determined by what is deemed to be the most advantageous to the association in terms of cost, contractor location, size and scope of the contract. Contractors will have to have or commit to having an operational base within the area of award within 2 months of the award date of the contract.
