The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is responsible for managing the cleaning service to a number of properties located throughout Aylesbury Vale, including approx. 195 multi-occupancy flatted blocks and 15 independent living schemes.
The Trust is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to undertake building cleaning services throughout the district of Aylesbury Vale.
The scope of services includes the cleansing of:
— windows (internal and external),
— entrance lobbies,
— corridors and communal lounges,
— bin stores and chutes,
— lifts,
— communal kitchens and laundries,
— communal toilets and communal shower/bathroom,
— guest bedrooms at independent living schemes,
— stairways.

Different void properties will require different tasks which can include but are not limited to the following cleaning:
