Automatic Inline Beer Carbonator

Description of the goods or services required

The supply and installation of a fully automated inline beer carbonator to the following specification:

*Integral sterile filtration system/module rated at 6,000LPH to carbonate lager to a carbonation CO2 content of 5.0g/L.

*Complete system to be coupled direct to a KHS kegging system(no inline buffer tank) and rated to run at 60-90KPH x 50l capacity output.

*The system program must contain its own automatic CIP program and be capable of self monitering.

*Due to the positioning in the brewery the plant and filtration module cannot exceed external dimensions of 2300 x 900mm and must be skid mounted.

The company are seeking to procure a high quality system fully compatible with the existing plant and the recently installed KHS Keg Filling Machine in particular, with a proven capability to ensure the reputation of Wrexham Lager is not compromised in any way.

Any interested supplier must have a proven track record within the industry for the supply and installation of brewing equipment including carbonators in particular and demonstrate full compliance with relevant CE Regulations
