The works will be undertaken to properties within the South East of England to stock owned and managed by MTVH.
II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The works required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:
(i) the replacement of windows and doors and any associated works;
(ii) doors opening onto the street will be included, as will french doors, patio doors and balcony doors. Fire rated doors are to include the required certification.
The form of contract will be an amended form of TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract and the service provider will be required to achieve the social and environmental objectives of the client.
