II.2.4) Description of the procurement
In AMP7 there is a number of investment and investigation requirements regarding overflows and the wider river reach impact that overflows and outfalls discharge into. This is due to a number of facets coming together that focus on understanding the potential water company impact from intermittent discharges on watercourses. A four level approach to undertaking water quality assessments has been defined for the AMP7 assessments. The four levels are simple, standard, detailed and complex. As part of this river water quality modelling contract, only standard, detailed and complex levels will be included in this procurement.
