II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Academies Enterprise Trust is seeking to procure a single provider to deliver statutory compliance, planned preventative and reactive maintenance services to our 18 academies within this geographical region. The provider will deliver the following services, undertaking commissioning activities including preparation of equipment and compiling site asset schedules; routine inspection and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and public health equipment and engineering assets; monitoring of water quality and legionellosis control; first-line response to emergencies; troubleshooting and pre-agreed critical alarms; ensuring compliance with statutory legislative and industry requirements for services installations; preparation of an annual forward maintenance plan.
