Saxon Weald is procuring a cleaning services contract.
The cleaning services contract covers 86 locations and incorporates the following requirements:
— management services,
— management of customer feedback,
— routine and reactive cleaning to internal communal areas,
— routine and reactive cleaning services to shared communal kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, laundries and dining areas,
— office cleaning at retirement schemes,
— cleaning of windows (internal and external),
— graffiti removal,
— annual deep cleans.
The number of sites is higher than the number of locations as each location can consist of more than one site. The tender documents contain full information in respect of locations and sites.
