Suppliers are invited to note an expression of interest on the PCS-Tender system. The system contains the ESPD to join the DPS process. Suppliers should search for the DPS functionality under the PQQ section in PCS-Tender. The ESPD title is ‘Perth and Kinross Council — Early Learning and Childcare — Funded Hours’ and the PQQ number is 4853.
Perth and Kinross Council are using the DPS functionality on PCS-Tender to carry out this process.
