Abstract

The Councils is appointing suppliers to a framework agreement following a tender process where call-offs can be undertaken for Civil Engineering Works within the Highways Department. This Works can relate to both internal or external projects and some funding may also be provided by government grants. The materials are to be purchased directly by the Authority and therefore the Framework will be for the provision of labour, plant and haulage.
