Provide an employee healthcare cash plan, to include optician, dental, MRI, CT and PET scanning etc.
The plan must include the following range of benefits as a minimum:
— dental and dental trauma
— optical
— chiropody
— diagnostic consultations — GP/Specialists, etc.
— therapy Treatments to include:
(a) Physiotherapy;
(b) Acupuncture;
(c) Chiropractic;
(d) Homeopathy;
(e) Osteopathy.
