  The requirement is to enable mobility of the Company’s commercial fleet by ensuring that the vehicles are always fitted with safe and roadworthy tyres. LCV, HGV 4x4, agricultural plant and trailers are in-scope. The need for replacement tyres will most likely be identified during routine or reactive servicing. In the event of a tyre puncture, immediate roadside assistance will be required. The maximum waiting time for a call out must be no longer than 120 minutes maximum, with a target waiting time of within 90 minutes based on a 90 % service level. In the summer, the minimum tread depth should be no less than 2 mm during the summer months, and no less than 3 mm during the winter months.
