Abstract
Busnes@LlandrilloMenai (B@LlM), the business arm of Grwp Llandrillo Menai, wishes to appoint a consultant to research, recommend and provide a cost and implementation profile for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The system may include capability to manage training events if available.
