Title

The supply and delivery of an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

Provide access to a system Integration platform that is compatible with the Universities Student record system (Tribal SITS) and a range of other core systems (CELCAT, Moodle, AD etc).

Keeping within the over all budget envelope and upon agreement with Glyndwr University, build an agreed number of complex/high value integrations.

Provide knowledge transfer to the appointed IT Integration Developer in the form of shadowing opportunities and detailed build documentation.

Provide ongoing Support in the form of UK based support call centres, complete set of documentation, full specification and licences.

Provide ongoing service for a 2+1 (Maximum 3 years) contract duration.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Budget:

The maximum budget is set at £100,000 (Inclusive of VAT). This is to cover year one license/subscription and implementation costs of this project only.

N.B. Year 2 and 3 License/Subscription costs to be funded externally of this budget.

Timeframe:

The platform will need to be in place and all agreed high value/complex integration connectors built and working by the 27th July 2021.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Up to three examples of having delivered an IPaaS implementation, which is similar in scope value and complexity.

Resources must be available to complete the work by the 27th July 2021.

The prospective bidder must meet all conditions as set out in ITT, including all mandatory technical specification items.

Wrexham Glyndwr University will require fixed pricing so that future years can be effectively budgeted for.
