2 Contract Details

Title

The supply and setup of an ePortfolio solution

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

1. Provide an ePortfolio solution.

2. Provision and provide access to a secure environment for the hosting of the solution.

3. Configure the solution to meet the requirements of the University.

4. Build and Integrate with the Placement Management System (ARC).

5. Build two ePADs for the Occupational Therapy and Physio Therapy departments.

6. Setup Single Sign On.

7. Provide training to University staff.

8. Provide ongoing Support in the form of UK based support call centres, Complete set of documentation, Full specification and licences.

9. Provide service for a 1 year period with an option to extend for another 2 years (Subject to funding availability).

Budget:

The solution must be within the £50,000 (including VAT) budget. (This is the first year cost covering implementation and licensing only)

Timescales:

The solution will need to be live before the 27th July 2021.

Length of Contract:

The contract will be for an initial 1 year duration with an option to extend for another 2 years subject to funding.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Up to three examples of having delivered an ePortfolio implementation, which is similar in scope value and complexity.

Resources must be available to complete the work by the 27th July 2021.

The prospective bidder must meet all conditions as set out in ITT, including all mandatory technical specification items.
