Invitation for Expressions of Interest to pilot the running of Family Group Meetings to support vulnerable families by third sector organisations.

Family Group Meetings can help improve understanding, increase support for the family from friends, neighbours and the wider family, and resolve conflict. They can help children to live more safely and more happily at home with their family. Currently the only FGM service in Wrexham is run by WCBC.

Third Sector organisations are invited to submit an expression of interest in order to

• Receive free training for one or more members of staff

• Run an agreed number of Family Group Meetings over the next 6 months for families where there is a risk of escalating need.

• Provide monitoring reports to evidence activity and impact.
