The provision of suitable software, and any related professional services, that are required to support the management of the University’s Curriculum. To provide a comprehensive corporate system to manage the collection, storage, approval and publication of information relating to the University’s entire Course and Module portfolio, which may be fully integrated with other associated corporate systems as required. Deploying such a system would:
• provide a single point of data entry,
• deliver a single source of information on the University’s curriculum,
• provide high quality and reliable data,
• support effective and efficient processes across the University using workflows,
• enhance quality assurance processes,
• reduce academic wastage,
• reduced processing and administration time,
• enable detailed reporting against courses and modules,
• provide a system that supports change in user requirements and processes,
• provide a system that allows integration with other systems.
