Description of the goods or services required

MHA Limited, through competitive tender wishes to appoint a single experienced, competent and qualified contractor for the supply & installation of composite fire door sets within a residential environment. The value of the contract is approximately £250,000 per annum and it is envisaged at this stage that the contract will run for 2 years with an option to extend for further 12 months.

MHA Limited, through competitive tender wishes to appoint a single experienced, competent and qualified contractor for the supply & installation of composite fire door sets within a residential environment. The value of the contract is approximately £250,000 per annum and it is envisaged at this stage that the contract will run for 2 years with an option to extend for further 12 months.

Supply and installation of suitable FD30s glazed and non-glazed composite fire external entrance door sets to comply with the specification provided. The tender will also include ancillary rates for the provision of; fanlights etc and maintenance as set out in the pricing documents.

The works will take place to various sites within MHA geographical area on a variety of different property types.
