This Framework Agreement can be accessed via agreement by NHS LPP and shall include the organisations in Appendix B6 and their respective successors and/or organisations created as a result of structural re-organisation or organisational changes (including the evolution of Sustainability Transformation Partnerships (STPs), Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Wholly Owned Subsidiary Companies). <br/><br/>The Framework Agreement will be available for use by Other Contracting Authorities throughout the whole of the England, subject to prior agreement of NHS LPP:<br/><br/>For a full list of participating authorities, please open Appendix B6 LPP2021002 Pharmaceutical Wholesaler Services Participating Authorities.
