Abstract

The capital works at Boston Lodge are therefore a critical part of a much larger project and we are looking for a Principal Contractor to work with us who has experience of listed buildings, and timber frame construction as well as general building expertise and a good track record of working with local sub-contractors. This expertise will need to be combined with the willingness and the skills to work closely with the client to keep a complex site operating safely and the trains running.
