Dudley College of Technology wishes to enter into a legally binding contract for the provision of website design, build, and testing. (Phase 1), with the ongoing provision of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ongoing maintenance and development (Phase 2). The expected duration of the SLA is three years from the point of contract commencement.
