Trustmarque provided the best proposal, have used Trustmarque previously so we know that they are a very competent vendor who can fulfil the requirements required. Also Trustmarque are one of the vendors that was awarded this lot on the NHS SBS Framework hence our decision to do a Direct Award with them.
