Price is not the only award criteria, all other award criterion are detailed in the Tender documents. As detailed in the Contract Notice, the Framework estimated value is a range between £104,000 to £429,000. The award value in section V.2.4 is the estimated maximum value of the range. It includes 2 years plus 2 x 12 months extension options, the review clause and further period(s) of up to a maximum of 18 months in the circumstances described in Clause 2.3 of the SS17bc Commercial Conditions of Contract for Supply as detailed in the Tender documents.. (Please note the maximum value in the Contract Notice should have stated £429,000 and not £546,000).
