NIE Networks seeks to appoint a suitably experienced organisation onto a framework for the supply and delivery of electronic keypad cards. The framework covers the manufacture, encryption and delivery of plastic/eco sustainable payment cards in accordance with a variety of business rules established for keypad repayment metering system presently in use in Northern Ireland. The resulting framework will be for both product and delivery and service provision.
Details on the requirements are detailed in the Specification Schedule, Appendix 1.
The framework will be established for a period of 5 years with the option (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) to extend by up to 3 further 12 month periods (8 years in total).
The estimated value for the entire contract duration is between £1,000,000 - £1,200,000.
