Lot 1 Fire Safety systems PPM, minor remedial and new installation works will include • Evacuation System• Fire Detection and Warning • Dry Riser• Fire Suppression and monitoring • Emergency Lighting • Fire extinguishers (water, CO2, foam and/or P50)Fire and Exit Doors may be added at a later date subject to College requirements / strategy.

Lot 2 Lightning Protection PPM, minor remedial and new installation worksThere is an immediate requirement for the installation of a new Lightning Conductor at Block F of the Stratford-upon-Avon campus. Pricing for this will be sought at tender and works will be required from the onset of the contract.
