Newcastle Business School is looking for a provider of a recognised career and skills training platform who has extensive experience of working with higher education organisations or similar. Your platform will seamlessly interface with a (or many) professional social networking site(s) that are well recognised by graduate recruiters and potential employers. Your coverage should be vast, and broad, covering tens of thousands of possible career and professional development videos and resources which a business graduate at any level of their educational journey may wish to access. This will be constantly developed and kept up to date. You will have an excellent and high quality website and phone app. Your platform will integrate seamlessly with our Canvas VLE and meet all our university requirements regarding accessibility.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The University will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) within 30 days of knowledge or constructive knowledge of breach.
