2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires Internal

refurbishment and garden works to 51 St Pauls Barry CF62 8HU. (“the

Agreement”).

The Works will be in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 (“the Agreement”).

You are invited to quote for the provision of these Works.

From site visit, it would be impossible to widen this opening to suit the new door size due to position of existing internal wall to ground floor bathroom, would you please clarify what you want us to cost for this item? Answer: Please price on existing size 950 X 2100 any adjustments that are necessary whilst onsite will have to be agreed.
