The site is located in South Hampshire and the project is to remediate defects in five blocks of residential flats following the initial discovery of water ingress. Each block varies from 3 to 5 stories high and accommodates 50 residential units and will be vacant at the time the works are undertaken. The site is currently under full investigation and survey work to all blocks including MEP service audits. Following completion of this phase a remediation strategy, budget, procurement and programme options will be developed to remediate all blocks.
We are keen to engage with interested contractors with experience of such work, who have an established presence in the region and a suitable supply chain, to seek opinions on the most suitable procurement and contracting approach for such work.
