Abstract
Wrexham County Borough Council has appointed a Contractor for the refurbishment of an Sheltered Housing block at Wisteria Court, Lilac Way, Wrexham, LL11 2BB. The work will cover, but not be limited to, communal lounge/kitchens, roof terrace, offices, lifts, storage areas, scooter room together with refurbishment of external areas.
