The Leicester City Council (‘the Council”) on behalf of public sector buyers listed below, and herein referred to as East Midlands User Group, would like to carry out soft market test in relation to e-tendering solution.

For the purpose of this exercise, the East Midland User Group includes the following public sector buyers located in the East Midlands region:
