Abstract

Westminster City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are looking for a supplier to make improvements to the current Registrars Booking System, this would enable individuals booking ceremonies to have a smoother customer experience than is currently given through the website. A new booking solution would also include a facility that allow the service to better understand customer behaviour and requests so that the service can adapt to meet demand.
