• Replace bedroom fitted units & desks

• Refurbish shower rooms

• Fire compliance works to all internal doors

• Fire compliance works to service ducts

• Install Salto locks to all doors

• Replace all floor finishes

• Replace all window blinds

• Decorate throughout

• Refurbish flat roof to bay windows

• Replace fascias, guttering & downpipes
