Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) for a single Contractor to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service (PH&SC/S) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC.
The Contractor will be required to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service (PH&SC/S) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC.
These works will include completing essential safety checks within a domestic dwelling such as:
• Gas servicing and safety checks
• Domestic electrical inspections
• Smoke alarm tests
• CO alarm installation and testing
• Unvented hot water storage cylinders
• Air to air unit servicing and repair
• Heat Interface Units
