~Small-scale builderworks (stonework/masonry, repointing, masonry walls, miscellaneous buildersworks etc).
~Small-scale joineryworks (including floor repairs, partitions, window/door repairs/replacements, miscellaneous joinery etc).
~Any other works deemed appropriate for the contract subject to ELC/Contractor Agreement.
