II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The City of Wolverhampton College is looking to work with a web development and digital marketing agency/supplier to undertake a full redevelopment of current website.
Aim is to is to have a website that has a sales-driven and discovery platform – a place for prospective students to browse our courses, consider career paths and find out about the facilities and support what college has to offer.
In addition to the about the hosted service requirements, services to included but not limited to:
• Bug fixes for issues reported by the customer via the helpdesk.
• Periodic checks on event logs for errors and warnings and applying patches.
• Training on CMS for new releases.
• Resolving technical issues with third-party service providers on behalf of the customer
• Source code maintenance and collaboration
• Automation of deployment
• Maintenance of website on 2 environments staging and production
• Release deployments on production server
• Monthly reports via a dashboard and electro
