Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (The Authority) is interested in contracting a single Supplier to provide Specialist Wheelchair Seating services on behalf of the East Berkshire Specialist Wheelchair Service from 3 Abell Gardens, Furze Platt Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6PS.
