In section I.2), it is stated that this procurement is a joint procurement. This is not a joint procurement it is operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA) in Northern Ireland. The first value in section V.2.4) above includes an initial contract period of 3 years – it also includes provision for an increase in services of 20%. The second value in section V.2.4) includes the initial contract period of 3 years plus 4 x 12 month extension period options (4 years) - it also includes provision for an increase in services of 20% as outlined in Clause 1.5.2 of SS20a Scoping and Specification document. It is not a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand.
