Sovereign Network Homes is seeking to appoint 2 experienced and suitably qualified providers to our Retrofit Works Contracts .These contracts will be split into two Lots:
Lot 1 Hertford and Surrounding arears.
Lot 2 London (mainly in LB Brent)
The works required by this Contract include but are not restricted to:
•External and cavity wall insulation
•Loft insulation
•Floor and internal wall insulation
•Mechanical and passive ventilation
•Mechanical heating and solar thermal installation
• Related external Works and any other planned/cyclical decoration works
• Access / Scaffolding
• Asbestos surveys and tests if required.
This list is not exhaustive but is provided as an indication of works that may be instructed under this Contract

This Contract Notice is issued in the name of Sovereign Network Homes and will be awarded in this name as this is our legal identity.
However in April 2025 when we fully merge the contract will be novated into the name of Sovereign Network Group(SNG), the contract will be available to Sovereign Network Group any associated subsidiaries.
