Abstract

The requirement is for a high purity hydrogen generator capable of producing a stable and uninterrupted flow of high purity hydrogen gas to multiple MOVPE reactors in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The existing hydrogen generation system is sited within the facility building in a ventilated steel enclosure with a footprint of 3.6m x 4.8m, max height 2.8 m. The new system can either be installed within this existing envelope or in an external location in a suitable weatherproof enclosure to be supplied as part of the tender.
