Cerner Millennium Electronic Patient Record Maternity Re-Implementation Services<br/><br/>The Authority requires implementation services and support to the uplift of the Maternity element of its Cerner Millenium (Oracle Healthcare) Electronic Patient Record (“EPR”) system installation, first implemented in 2015.<br/><br/>The required services will target improvements to usage and data quality issues with the current platform. <br/><br/>This uplift will be across the whole maternity department including community, and opportunities to digitise legacy items are to be availed of. <br/><br/>The delivery target for the Trust is as soon as possible subject to the safe and effective implementation of the solution in the Authority.

The contracting authority will operate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to Tenderers to provide time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award before the contract entered into.
