Capital City College (referred to as CCCG) currently operates two contracts for outsourced cleaning services, both contracts will expire on 31 July 2025 and CCCG are seeking to use this procurement as an opportunity to consolidate expenditure with one supplier for all sites. Proposals are therefore requested for the multisite outsourced cleaning service of a large FE establishment in central London 52 weeks per annum starting 01.08.2025. Description of renewals:
The proposed contract will operate for an initial two-year term commencing 01 August 2025 with three options to extend in one-year increments (or as agreed between the parties) up to a maximum term ending 31 July 2030 subject to satisfactory performance and an agreement of rates.

Please raise all queries in writing via In-Tend or email Anna@agmprocurement.comAll tender’s initiated before the introduction of the new Procurement Act 2023 on 24 February 2025 (including this outsourced cleaning tender) are subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 only. To ensure compliance and best practice this tender process has been designed in accordance with all PCR2015 requirements and CCCG Financial Regulations using an open tender with interviews (if required).
