Abstract

Torbay Council is establishing a Framework of experienced Service Providers for print fulfilment, i.e. provision of a wide range of mono and colour printed material for the Council. The Council has a large amount of internal print requirements, from posters and booklets to signs and roller banners. We are looking for a range of suppliers to cover all areas of print requirements.
