The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to invite tender for the printing of the Waltham Forest Newspaper. The authority suppliers approximately 492,000 copies of the Waltham Forest news annually to its residents. The newspapers are printed quarterly and are distributed to residents and businesses with the borough.
The Waltham Forest News has proven to be a vital communication tool for conveying the Council’s message across to its residents. It plays an integral role in reaching all demographics, including the most vulnerable residents in the borough.

This procurement involves the printing approximately 492 copies and the Waltham Forest Newspaper each year. The Newspaper will be printed four times a year, with about 123 copies delivered to the distributor’s depot on an agreed date. A strong partnership between the print team and the distribution contractor is essential for coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of newspapers and leaflets copies.
