Abstract

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is carrying out this market engagement exercise to aid in the proposed re-procurement of The Children's Services Overnight Respite Open Framework.

The primary objective of the online market engagement exercise is to understand the capabilities and capacity within the market, and to identify how the market can support the Council and gain insight into the most suitable delivery model.

The Council intends to engage with the market via an Online Engagement Event to gauge interest and opinion on service delivery. The current service is delivered through a Light Touch Open Framework which was procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

This re-procurement will be procured under the Procurement Act 2023.

This is an opportunity to influence and shape the future delivery of the service.

The Online Engagement Event is scheduled to take place on Thursday 6th March 2025 at 10am-11:30am

Booking attendance to the Online event will be managed via Intend correspondence. For more information on how to book onto this event and receive an invitation to the online meeting please see below.
