Abstract

The need/opportunity for this DPS arose from the current CPC framework for Utilities Supplies & Services, of which Sustainable Energy First (SE First) are the sole supplier. This process is open to utilities suppliers who will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members. The DPS will be for the supply of utility and metering services to be purchased in varying quantities during the DPS length.

The scope of the agreement will provide Fixed, Flex and Portfolio procurement options for Gas and Electricity, Fixed and Portfolio Water procurement, and MOP DC/DA and AMR metering contracting options:
