Abstract

The University of Birmingham has requirement for Bus and Coach Hire services for internal customers and students. The purpose of this competitive tender is to establish a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified Supplier(s) for these services ensuring that best practice, quality control, value for money and the safety of the passengers are adhered to by the successful Supplier(s). The University expects to appoint operators to provide coach with driver hire for one-way and return journeys throughout the UK, and possibly into Europe too.
