II.1.4) Short description
Queen’s wishes to appoint an experienced contractor to implement a Measured Term Contract (MTC) for the design, supply, installation, maintenance and commissioning of security equipment and systems throughout the entire University campus. The Form of Contract will be the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition, incorporating adaption schedule for Northern Ireland and the PSA Schedule of Rates for Electrical Services, 7th Edition 2016.The scope of work associated with this contract relates to individual projects up to a value of £50,000 (excluding VAT). The contract has an approximate annual value of £300,000 (excluding VAT), however the University offers no guarantee that this value will continue during the course of the contract. Where estimated quantities are stated, they shall be regarded only as a guide to Economic Operators and shall not be binding upon Queen's nor deemed to be a Condition of Contract or a guarantee of minimum demand or uptake.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
