Childrens services have been provided with funding by the Department of Education to facilitate the provision of trauma training for school personnel . This is aimed to help the personnel deal with students who are experiencing trauma and are displaying symptoms of such in the school environment . A training provider is sought through open tender to provide this face to face and on line from the start of the contract through to July 2025. ( Phase 1 ) There may be a further need to extend this out to Early Years provisions after this time ( Phase 2).
